ISA offers 2 separate award/grants for students (including Canadian Students)

To facilitate growth of future professionals, ISA offers two separate award/grant programs to help students attend our conference in Fort Worth Texas, 13-17 August 2016:

Student Ambassadors
ISA Student Ambassador Program- ISA will award 5-10 student finalists with a free conference registration and three nights of hotel accommodations for the 2016 ISA International Conference and Tradeshow.

Arboricultural Research and Education Academy
(AREA) Student Travel Grant- To help offset travel costs, AREA will award 5 grants to the top applicants. Grant recipients from North America will receive $500 (USD) and recipients outside North America will receive $750 (USD). Conference registration is also included.


Our mission is to enhance and promote the care and benefit of trees for present and future generations in Ontario through education, research and awareness.
