ISAO Annual General Meeting: Feb 2014

Notice of ISAO-AGM
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Ontario Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISAO) is held each year at its Annual Education Conference and Trade Show. This year, the 65th Conference will be hosted by the beautiful town of Huntsville at the Deerhurst Resort. The AGM will take place on Thursday, February 13th, 2014 from 11 to 12 pm.

Notice of Motions to the ISAO Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Article XII of the ISAO Constitution and in compliance to the new Not-for-Profit (NFP) Act (Canada) and as resolved by the Board of Directors of the ISAO at their meeting of December 5, 2014,  the following notice is provided.

Notice of Special Resolution of the Membership to:
File a "continuance" of incorporation as required under the new Not-for-Profit Corporation Act (Canada)
Amend the ISAO Articles of Incorporation
Amend the ISAO By-law

This resolution will be considered at the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Members to be held at the Deerhurst Resort, Huntsville Ontario, Thursday February 13 at 11 am. All categories of member are allowed to vote on this resolution.
