Professionally operating since 2014. We work with the most up-to-date techniques to ensure that trees are properly Trimmed, Pruned, and/or Removed. Often our customers aren’t sure where to start or what type of care the trees and shrubs on their property require; that’s where we come in. Before any work is done we take the time to speak with them, visit and walk through your property to discover their needs and wants. We will explain our process in detail so you know what to expect once we begin work on your property.

Job Description
We are hiring for Crew Leader, Groundsmen, and Sales.

Crew Leader

• Properly set up job site / job plan before work is started
• Perform work in the canopy of the trees at various heights.
• Operate as an active crew member with support from the ground crew.
• Perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services safely and skillfully for clients.
• Pruning, thinning, and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy.
• Removal of hazardous trees
• Properly maintain, prepare, and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers.

Groundsmen

• Assist the Crew Leader and climbers from the ground by managing ropes, lowering limbs, and clearing work areas.
• Feed brush and branches into the wood chipper safely and efficiently.
• Drag, rake, and remove debris from job sites to ensure a clean and safe property after each job.
• Set up cones, signs, and barrier tape to establish a safe work zone around the job site.
• Operate and maintain ground equipment including blowers, rakes, hand saws, and chainsaws.
• Lift and carry branches, logs, and equipment (up to 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Communicate clearly with the crew leader and climbers to prevent accidents and improve workflow.

Sales (Arborist Representative / Estimator)

• Meet with residential and commercial property owners to assess their tree and shrub care needs.
• Walk properties, listen to customer concerns, and provide expert recommendations for trimming, pruning, removal, or preservation.
• Educate customers on proper tree care practices and explain our process in detail so they know what to expect.
• Prepare accurate written estimates and proposals for tree work based on crew capabilities and safety requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales to maintain a consistent workflow for production crews.
• Work collaboratively with the Crew Leader to ensure sold jobs are properly scoped and communicated before work begins.

Qualifications (All Roles)

• Strong tree, knot, and shrub identification (required for Crew Leader and Sales; preferred for Groundsmen)
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Clean Driver’s License
• Ability to work safely as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
