Note that due to the narrow pathways at this park, larger vehicles/trailers will not be able to drive into the trade show area directly. A trailer/flatbed 16 ft long and 8 ft wide can fit. For bringing equipment on a flatbed/truck/trailer larger than 16 ft long & 8 ft wide: You can park in the parking lot, unload, and then you will need to move the unit to the trade show area. The park does not have a forklift to move large items. You can drive a trailer smaller/equal to 16ft long x 8 ft wide into the trade show area and park it, but you must detach it. Demo Submission

Enter details here if you want to hold a demonstration at the OTCC. We will review and approve. For demonstrating large equipment we will set up a safety area around the booth. If individuals are able to try gear/equipment, you may be required to have participants sign a waiver. If the demo is educational we may add it to the event schedule to help promote the demo.
