Update Your ISA Profile (Aug 2025)

ISA recently updated their treesaregood credential search website. It should improve the ability for anyone to find an ISA credential holders by location, or to verify credentials.

If you are an ISA Credential holder: in order to be visible, you must update your information on Accredible as per below.

  • Even if you were listed on the previous version of the treesaregood site, you must also update your settings on Accredible.
  • Even if you previously opted in to be listed through MyISA, you must also opt-in on Accredible.
  • If you don’t want to be located, we still highly recommend updating your information on Accredible so that your credential can be verified more easily (you can still choose to not be found by location).

Steps to update your settings on Accredible:

  1. Sign in to Accredible here (your login information – email and password – will be the same as you use for your ISA International login)
  2. If you don’t remember your password, click the forgot password link (again, use the email associated with your ISA Intl account). And if you don’t know the email on your ISA Intl account, reach out to ISAO or ISA Intl as per below
  3. Once logged in to Accredible, go to “Personal Information” on the left menu, from here you can set your work location. You can also add add a picture, biography, and work experience. Everything you enter here will appear on your public profile
  4. Then go to “Directory Profile” on the left menu – here you can select whether you will be “visible” or not on the online search database.
  5. You can also download a digital copy of your ISA certificates, and ISA Credential logos by clicking My Credentials at the top of the page.

The directory is found at www.treesaregood.org which automatically links to the new database here https://certificates.directory.isa-arbor.com/. The directory allows anyone to find you by location, name, or ISA Certification Number. Note the database is new and there are still bugs being worked out.
