PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY — LEAD ARBORIST / CREW WANTED | NIAGARA REGION, ON 🇨🇦

Looking to connect with a sharp, safety-first lead arborist and crew in the Niagara Region who want to do real volume work on real equipment — and get paid like it.

What I’m bringing to the table:

• Freightliner bucket truck with a 65′ Versalift boom (annually safety-certified)
• 2016 Bandit 1590XP chipper with 5,000 lb winch — turnkey, well maintained
• All sales, client relationships, scheduling, and large-equipment maintenance handled by me
• Ground crew support available as needed
• Steady inbound work — right now I’m subbing out jobs I should be running in-house

What I’m looking for:

• An experienced lead arborist who runs technical removals and tight pruning jobs like clockwork, with safety as a non-negotiable
• A small working crew that can show up, get it done, and represent the company well on-site
• Canadian-based — must be able to work locally in the Niagara Region

The arrangement:
I’m offering a generous, performance-based revenue share — not a flat day-rate gig. Exact split, expenses, crew structure, and how we each contribute will all be worked out face-to-face once we talk. The short version: hard, skilled work gets rewarded hard. I’m not interested in nickel-and-diming the people doing the work, and I’d rather we build the numbers together than hand you a take-it-or-leave-it number up front.

This is a partnership, not a job posting. I had a similar setup running before and we were clearing well into five figures a week between us early in the season — and that’s with me scaling out, not stretching the truth.
