As a lead arborist, you’ll be an important part of the crew, contributing to the daily success of the crew by leading fellow crew members, providing guidance and development to arborists and arborist apprentices, while providing arboricultural services to our clients. Built on mutual trust, commitment to professional growth and learning, and humility, our team works together to deliver quality services every time.

Number of Positions: 1
Starting Salary Range: $39.00 – $45.00 /hr
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- 1-2 years of experience leading crews
- Post Secondary education in Arboriculture or Arborist Apprenticeship or 444A Ontario Qualified Arborist
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills
- Can safely operate brush chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws
- A valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract; D license with a Z endorsement or AR with Z endorsement
- Working at Heights
- First Aid Certification
Assets:
- Knowledgeable in modern arboriculture practices and climbing techniques
- Ontario Qualified Arborist 444A, or Post Secondary education in Arboriculture, or Arborist Apprenticeship
- Utility Arborist 444B
- IHSA Utility Line Clearing Technician Proficiency (Utility Arborist)
