Mentor/Climber

Haliburton Tree Care is a small company looking to grow our team. We strive to preserve and promote tree health while also performing large, technical, hazardous tree removal. We have had amazing amounts of referrals and return customers and we believe this is because we take the time to understand our customers and employees and to check in with them as work is being performed and after the job is complete; we expect our employees to be courteous and conscientious while also keeping the worksite safe and getting the job done. Bonus pay if you can make us laugh during black fly season. We strive to create a culture based on teamwork, feedback, and pride of workmanship.
We are looking for an experienced and certified climber to mentor and train apprentices and support growth. Pay and scheduling is negotiable; rather than creating a rigid job position and trying and make someone fit, we prefer to find great people and tailer the schedule to fit their needs.

Can assist with fuel costs for commuting.

Must have valid Ontario G License.
