With a location in Mississauga, ON, and an ambitious growth plan for Canada, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our local team and help us expand our presence and customer impact.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue and building strong relationships with our customers. Your role will include:

• Managing and executing the sales strategy for the Ontario region and beyond
• Developing a 3-year plan to drive growth through:
• Account management and development
• New customer acquisition
• Penetration of untapped markets and segments
• Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Sharing product updates and new release information with customers
• Collaborating with the Sales Director and internal teams to implement national strategies
• Reporting regularly on sales activity and results
• Ensuring quotes and bids are followed up and converted into sales
• Supporting customers with inventory inquiries and order updates
• Making proactive outbound calls to promote product availability and current promotions
• Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings

What You Bring

• 5+ years of direct sales experience, including account management
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, independent sales environment
• Experience working within the arborist, safety, or industrial supply sector is an asset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; knowledge of NetSuite or Syteline ERP software is a plus
• A customer-first mindset with a drive to succeed
• Located in or near Mississauga, ON
