Event Dates: Fri Sept 11 and Sat Sept 12, 2026.
Location: Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens, Niagara Falls ON.

If you selected a sponsor option, please ensure you send us your logo ASAP. (For tshirt printing we will need your vector logo emailed to us by July 30).

If you will be exhibiting at the event:

• Vendor move in will be Fri Sept 11 around 5:00 AM (if you are hand-carrying items your move in would be later at 6:30am) and move out will be Sat Sept 12 around 5:00 PM. Security will be on site Friday night.
• Exhibitors will have a space approx 10ft x 10ft (or a larger space if selected).
• The OTCC is an outdoor event: please bring your own table/ chairs/ tent.
• Equipment/trailers must be pre-approved by ISAO. For units over 4500 kgs you must park on your own mats.
• A trailer/flatbed sized 16 ft long and 8 ft wide can fit along the pathway and into the competition/trade show area. But anything larger than that cannot, as the access path is narrow with tight turns.
• You can bring a trailer into the competition/ trade show area but you must detach it & note size limits above.
• We cannot leave cars/pickup trucks parked in the competition/ trade show area.
• For bringing equipment on a flatbed/truck/trailer larger than 16 ft long & 8 ft wide: You will park in the vendor parking lot, unload, and then you will need to move the unit to the competition/ trade show area. The park does not have a forklift to move large items
• To unload items from a vehicle, you would park in the vendor parking lot. You can use hand carts to bring items into the competition area. We will also have gators on site to help during move-in and move-out.
• For move-out: to move vehicles/equipment out of the competition/trade show area on Saturday: we will direct traffic out at a designated time (around 5:00). You cannot drive out on your own. We will need to set mats on the pathway before any vehicles/ equipment can exit. (You can hand carry items out earlier).
