To bring equipment inside: all fuel must be drained, equipment must be brought in using electric power or towed/pushed (no exhaust). Size limits: the freight elevator is 9ft high x 8ft wide x 20 ft long with weight load capacity of 10,000 lbs. (The trade show is on the third floor). Equipment must be pre-approved: either enter details below or email us your equipment specifications by January 20 2025. For equipment too large for the indoor trade show room, you can select the outdoor parking option below.

Exhibitor Presentation

We'll offer select exhibitors 15 minutes on the stage in the trade show room to showcase a product or service – the presentation must be educational (attendees must be able to earn education credits). For example, you could discuss safety features of a product, or how to inspect a piece of equipment, etc. If you’re interested in presenting – please describe your session here. (If you’re interested but don’t have a description yet, enter that you’re interested – we’ll ask you to submit a description by January 6, 2025).
